Early voting begins Monday for the Nov. 5 General Election. On the ballot will be nine propositions for amendments to the Texas Constitution and one contested hospital board position for Director, Place 2, between Matthew Dale Baker and incumbent J.C. Colton. Voters in the Graford Independent School District will cast their vote for a $7.5 million bond and those in Mineral Wells ISD, a $25 million bond. Early voting will be held: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, through Friday, Oct. 25, and the same hours the following week at the Palo Pinto County Courthouse. 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, through Friday, Oct. 25, and the same hours the following week at the Palo Pinto County Courthouse Annex, 109 N. Division St.
