    April 10, Samuel Lee Lamphier, 29, was eastbound on FM 2201 when his 2001 Dodge Caravan left the road and struck a tree. On scene officials said Lamphier was the lone occupant involved in the one-vehicle, rollover accident that occurred about five miles east of Santo.

    New county burn ban passed
