Graford Independent School District Board of Trustees will swear in two new members and seek to fill one vacated position at the upcoming scheduled meeting May 16. Jeff Lemley will replace retiring board member Eddie Laney and Mike Pendergraft's spot will be filled by Travis Rogers. Both will begin their new positions effective at the next board meeting. Brandi Larson will be present as a trustee for the May meeting and then her resignation will take effect. This will leave one position unfilled following the placement of the two new board members. "Larson will be here for one more meeting," said Dennis Holt, Graford ISD superintendant. "Her resignation has been accepted by the board and we are in the process of adopting guidelines for replacing her." Larson is leaving her position on the board in Graford due to the transfer of her husband's job.
