The windshield, mirror and turn signal are part of the damage on this motorcycle after Darla Brown, 51, of Keller, had an accident at the intersection of Highway 254 and FM 51.
Reports on recent accidents from the Texas Department of Public Safety included two - one Sunday along Highway 254, and one May 29 on Highway 281. Sunday, a motorcycle accident resulted in Darla Brown, 51, of Keller, being transported to Palo Pinto General Hospital by Graford Volunteer EMS. The officer at the scene said she was traveling south on FM 51, failed to stop at the intersection of Highway 254, crossed the highway and lost the Harley Davidson on a gravel drive leading into private property. The extent of her injuries was not known. The accident on May 29 involved a 2004 Honda CRV driven by Jennifer Ann Temple, 24, of Wichita Falls. "She was traveling north on Highway 281 near the intersection of FM 4 about 12:35 a.m.," said Trooper Gary Rozzell, DPS information officer. "She lost control, drove onto the shoulder, over corrected to the southbound side and into the bar ditch causing a rollover. The vehicle came to rest on the passenger side." Rozzell said no injuries were reported.
