First responders needed close to three hours to free a man from an accident on Highway 180 west of Palo Pinto Friday afternoon. Trooper Gary Rozzell, Texas Department of Public Safety information officer, said Miguel Patino, 32, of Fort Worth, a passenger in the 188 Ford F350, was trapped inside. Rozzell explained that Jose Manuel Aquado-Villanueva, 35, was eastbound on Highway 180 about 3.5 miles west of Palo Pinto when the pickup he was driving left the roadway. He said the truck was pulling a flatbed trailer with a Bobcat loaded on it. "It was a possible blowout on the trailer that caused it to fishtail and run off the roadway," Rozzell said. "He ran off the south side of the road into a ravine full of trees that were 6- to 8-inches in diameter."
