From the National Weather Service: There is a chance of thunderstorms across North and Central Texas today and tonight. Some storms this afternoon and evening may be severe with the potential to produce large hail and damaging winds. A few tornadoes will also be possible.
A rain-snow mix is possible west of a Jacksboro to Gatesville line Sunday afternoon and evening. Currently, little is expected to accumulate except on grassy areas, but this evolving system could become stronger and produce heavier snowfall rates that result in snow accumulating on roadways before ending Sunday evening.North winds between 20 and 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are expected Sunday and would likely result in a wind advisory being issued for most of the area.
