The Graford Lady Rabbits fell short to the Newcastle Lady Cats Tuesday evening in three straight sets; 26-28, 22-25, and 25-27. All three matches were very even with two going to extra points. The first set had several lead changes, but a few late hitting errors made by Graford gave the momentum back to Newcastle. "Our Serving kept us in the game," stated Coach Derek Wuthrich. "We had the least amount of service errors we have had all year with only three the first set." Graford gave Newcastle an early lead in the second set. "We had several passing errors early that put us behind, but we started communicating much better and battled back after being down 8-18 at one point," Wuthrich said.
