The Graford Lady Rabbits handed Chico a 56-43 loss Thursday. Originally scheduled for Oct. 10, the game was postponed two days because of road conditions following a weekend ice storm. "I thought we had a great offensive game scoring 56 points," noted Coach Jarod Westmoreland. "Sydney (Wimberly) and Ashly Rogers carried us, scoring 22 and 16 points respectively. On defense, we have to play better and not give teams second and third chances to score. We have two tough road games this week against Midway and De Leon." The Lady Rabbits took charge in the first quarter, taking a 15-9 lead into the second. By the half, Graford led 34-24 - and never looked back.
